Unpasteurized Honey in Canning

I want to share a great publication with you.  It’s called Home Canning Fruit and Fruit Products published by North Dakota State University Extension Service. In this publication, the author talks about using honey in the canning process.

I am writing this blog for fun and entertainment because I want to improve my health.  The information I share with you is not medical advice. I am not a doctor or health expert but I have watched television shows about them. And they ave out lots of advice to patients who were actors too.

There is also a lot of discussion on the difference between processed honey and raw honey in the same way there is considerable written about other unprocessed products.  I have learned that certain changes occur when a product such as raw honey is processed. For example minerals typically survive the heating process, but enzymes and vitamins may not.

I want to thank you for stopping by and reading what I have shared and hope you find it entertaining and valuable in helping you achieve better eating habits. It is so easy to eat healthy and studies show you will live a longer life as well.
